Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Bosslabs Technology Inc.(“BossLabs AI”, “we”) processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations.
1. Data we collect
When you submit a contact form, newsletter signup, or job application, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. We also collect basic analytics data (pages viewed, device type, referral source) through Vercel Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your inquiry, deliver services or programs you request, send you updates you opted into, evaluate job applications, and improve our website. We process contact and application data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate business interest in responding to you. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Advertising & retargeting
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure and retarget website visitors with relevant offers (for example, our ₱999 workshop). You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
4. Retention
We keep contact and lead data for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, then securely delete or anonymize it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Application data is retained for the duration of the hiring process and a limited period after.
5. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectify, to data portability, to damages, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these, contact our Data Protection Officer below.
6. Security
We apply organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your data, including row-level security on our databases and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the NPC of any breach as required by law.
