THE STORY
It started with a simple, unfair advantage.
BossLabs wasn't started by software developers. Mikey Manago built businesses in car detailing, real estate, and healthcare — operators who lived the cost of running a company, not the comfort of selling software to one. Nobody here fit the profile of a “tech company.”
Then the tools changed. With Claude Code, a non-developer who deeply understands a business could suddenly ship the software that business needed — production-grade, secure, real. The team started building. The apps worked. Clients paid. The dev shops' ₱350K quotes started looking absurd.
BossLabs is the company built around that shift. The belief is simple and a little uncomfortable for the old guard: the advantage now goes to the business owners who become tech-enabled — not to whoever can afford the biggest agency retainer.
